My probation has been increased by 3 months. Honestly, idk the reason because I have worked so well in these months. Like seriously 🙄 Are there chances of firing after those 3 months?

On last friday she has asked me to send bgv document and she has told me that you will get the joining email.

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Is it just me or do people drive like maniacs in the Denver metro? Constant tailgating no matter what the speed limit or if there’s traffic or construction.
