I have recently got an offer from sopra steria. They haven't mentioned about variable. Does it happened to anyone. Did they provide variable even when it is not mentioned in offer letter.

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?
