So no jobs, no interview since I got laid off last August. I've been doing delivery to pay bills.

I'm interested in volunteer or it would be nice if the pay is slightly above minimum wage. I prefer working with an art or creative director. The purpose for this is I can learn more along the way, plus do real work. Honestly, I just want to do design because this feeling of creative absence is really making me sick and tired.

Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Looking for more tactile methods (post its, whiteboards, journals, etc.). The whole outlook calendar thing (while necessary) gets very cluttered very quickly and I don’t find it really advances the ball for me much.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different.
