Soliciting opinions: how long before onshore individual contributor tech roles for digital agencies just don't exist anymore? Should we look to consultancies instead?

I had a call with one of analysts this morning who is a newly divorced father. I saw the impacts it has carried into other facets. I’ve been there and I know it isn’t talked about often in our line of work. To anyone else struggling with this or has struggled with this in our profession, it may not get easier but the coping does. Never stop seeking positive outlets and support networks. We’re here.
