I might be doing QA for a WCS project for a few months at my agency until I find a developer role. I've never been in a QA role or worked with WCS. I've heard developers hate doing QA...thoughts?

Saw a job on LinkedIn applied for it and the CEO of the startup reached out to me saying he was game to move to the next stage of the process. Spoke to hiring manager and they even offered another position which matched my skills. Scheduled a full panel interview. Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox. At this point you're just like arrrrrrgh😩

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). Hi!Would like to get some perspectives on the Walmart and Amazon offers that I just received. Slightly more interested in Amazon Fashion's work but it's offered at $80K less than Walmart...
A few questions here:
1) Is the Amazon brand better than Walmart that's worth $80K in TC?
2) Are Strategy roles better perceived than Marketing roles and will have higher long-term pay potential? (I went to business school where almost everybody wants to do Strategy...)
3) Is Amazon culture very concerning?
