There’s no “I” in team, but there’s a “U” in bug.
Late to the game here but: 1) lack of understanding of the QA process and roles necessary to get the job done 2) a feeling of something you thought was complete and it comes back with needing more work. Having a good process and working with QA Engineers is invaluable!
The idea is flawed. Humans can’t catch everything. And automation is in.
For me it’s that I find a huge lack of understanding of the product on the QA side, and an assumption on the product side that QA “gets” the product. And a great big unwillingness from everyone to fix that
