It’s a huge problem. For some reason agencies treat tech like a second class citizen to design/I’d/creative
Very true @SR1. I came from the start up world and maintaining large groups of engineers. We were able to drive the majority of ideas and work at a much faster pace while design needed to flex to our teams needs. Agencies on the other hand seem to work backwards from this. Can’t find one Agency with a great technology team that’s allowed to push boundaries

@DT1 - I agree - we used to value our technologists, but it doesn't seem like that is the case anymore. See the latest post in this bowl. People are pushing to replace STEM with STEAM to include arts, which relates to my frustration with agencies.
