I've read the book, have the official prep questions, and about 7 YOE in cybersec but honestly had CCNA and Sec+ in the past and found passing to be more relative to how I'd studied to the test than doing the actual job...

How are years of experience determined at Amazon? I have 10 YOE as a government PM (post masters) and 1 in industry as BD (post MBA). Interviewing for a BD role. Do I have 1 or 13 YOE, or maybe somewhere in the middle?

Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.
