Some news has been spreading over Linkdin that wipro sent the offer letter but before 2 days of joining they are extending the joining date and they are not responding to the candidate.

Is this true? Has anyone anything about it.

Anyone also work in a traditional industry that has a hard time being innovative? I work at an energy company in the clean energy division and although my department is always looking to grow, we get a lot of pushback and red tape from corporate. Even the simplest things like jumping on social media trends get shut down. Or when they go through the 10 approvals, it’s no longer relevant content. Wondering how others have navigated this.

I have been an RN for 2 yrs and 6 m now. I started my nursing in the sub acute unit of a hospital, it was ok i didnt mind it. Right away they made me one of 3 charge nurses and I felt the pressure but I was ok. Switched to outpt GI setting and loved it the only thing I didnt like was not being home with my kids since it was mon-Fri because we were short staffed I would do 10 hr days at times. decided to apply for bedside medsurg. constant anxiety attacks now hate being an RN.
