Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. Can I decide not to join the company? Will there be any legal consequences? Have you ever been asked to sign the offer? Boeing Tata Consultancy Wipro Capgemini Cognizant

I've shared this opinion every time it's brought up. AI won't replace us, but people who don't use AI will likely be replaced. We've got to learn those skills.
I think automation, or AI apps, will change the way we work. But that's always been the case, the computer replaced typewriters and so on. But there will always be a need for human intervention with any of this new technology. Routine tasks, or time-consuming tasks, can be accomplished with AI help, but a human mind still has to put that in motion, and, very importantly, assess that it's being done correctly.
I hear a ton of that too. They are coming for our jobs or no worries AI won’t be able to take our jobs! I have found it interesting though in a lot of the strikes lately, AI and automation have been on the table a lot. I’m just kind of seeing what happens and will adapt based on that.
