I strongly recommend you accept the offer, atleast get a job and switch elsewhere after 2 years. Job market is not good and further career gap in your resume will cause potential employers to skip your profile. Further, 26 fix is not too bad for someone around 8-9 YOE

Bro sorry to say but if you do not have any active job then your market value is ZERO unless you are a genius patented talent. So just take what you are getting and get back in the market. Once in keep searching and jump every 3 years unless you are happy with what you are doing.. all the best
Definitely accept the offer and make a switch after 1.5-2yrs. Its for best. Its definitely tough to accept low offer than existing but remember deloitte comes with a brand value and safer company when concerned about firing
