Not when it comes to negative feedback. Sorry, "constructive criticism." There's no shortage of that. Positive feedback is much harder to come by.

That's so true for the negative feedback LOL.
I’m working on this in my team. Can take a while to get everyone on board with openly giving feedback, either positive or negative. Have to consider that not everyone has had good experiences with speaking up.

Totally agree! I'm actually working on this with my team too. Building a culture of open feedback takes time, especially when people may have had bad experiences in the past. It's about creating trust and showing that feedback, whether positive or constructive, is safe and valued.

People rarely ever praise the good parts, everyone is so easy to comment on the negative! It’s a shame but I feel like it’s so normal :(

So true, it’s so much easier for people to point out what’s wrong than what’s working well. A little appreciation can go a long way, but it often gets overlooked.
