Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

They are pretty average plans. Definitely not bad but not world class either by any means. The sweet spot is having 2 kids because there is no premium increase from 1 to 2 children but there is at 3 children.
I pay $440/mo for the second highest plan, which includes $1200/year in the HealthFund, which essentially covers your first $1200 out of pocket. Essentially this makes it $330/mo which for 4 human beings seems pretty solid to me.
It is similar to the HSA match but for the non HDHPs. I don’t have the option to contribute any of my own money to the HealthFund though like I would an HSA.
I can’t remember the details exactly but I’m paying slightly more at kpmg(like $15) than at ACN for darn similar coverage. I’m a fairly healthy male in my 30s, unmarried. My colleague who has a chronic illness and is not thrilled with the plans at KPMG, also compared to ACN, but it isn’t like a dealbreaker for him.
