Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

What defines “entitlement”?
I agree. I had someone try to negotiate a salary when we were only halfway through the interview process. I’m not sure it was as much entitlement as it made me believe they would never be happy with the salary range we had listed.
I had such a similar issue, so many candidates were rude, unprofessional, and sometimes straight up wasted my time and I was getting so sick of it. Before the actual interviews, I started pre-screening candidates with Heymilo, and the ones that had potential, I'd interview, if they were rude, unqualified, or unprofessional I didn't interview them. Saved me from so many migraines.
Honestly seem to be liking it more, since they've been adding in new features. Candidates have been responding to it pretty well, and overall has seemed to lessen my caffeine addiction, so I find it to be working pretty well for me.
As an executive coach for the past 20 years, I work with a lot of clients who are in the job search mode. The younger the candidate the harder the work. Even with college degrees they are not well spoken, and have inflated ideas about the work they are willing to do and how much they should be paid to do it. Many lack manners and life skills that the vast majority of people over 35 considered basic. I coach internationally, I don't see these challenges in Europe...
Speaking from the candidate end, I have been disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the recruiter/hiring team stand point. Have had a significant amount of ghosting and lack of communication with follow ups. Assuming that this is just a product of the current job market and abundance of applicants?
