In non pandemic times - how bad is the commute to airport from Greenlake, Ballard during rush hours?
Also - West Seattle to downtown when the bridge is back?
Exploring neighborhoods to rent and was looking for some post pandemic possibilities.

Ballard and Greenlake to the airport during morning Rush Hour is pretty much against the traffic once you get south of downtown. It's not horrible. And being in Ballard or Greenlake versus somewhere further south makes it equally convenient to fly out of Payne field in Everett which is truly a delight. One time I got dropped off by my Lyft nine minutes before boarding and had time to get coffee.

It’s about 45-60 minutes from that area to the airport

Depends on the time you leave. A few years ago, I was generally arriving around 6:30 AM and it would take me 25-30min.

Question for my fellow investors - I’m currently tracking “ROI” as my initial up front investment against tax, property, interest, etc. As the principal gets paid down, is that considered part of the denominator in my ROI, or should I hold that steady at my initial investment and just consider the principal part of “income”?

I interviewed with Goldman Sachs for 3 different divisions for Internal Audit Associate role. After successful interviews, they asked me about which division do I want to work with. I gave them the order of the roles I am interested in. Next step was basic talks with Recruiter and Immigration team. They gave me to fill recruiter form (focussed on Salary expectations) - TC in NYC on LinkedIn is 85k to 140k. I gave 150k as I wasn't unaware about the range before.
Issue - not heard back from them
