I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Is this just the general startup environment? If you experienced this before, how did you deal with It?

Hi - looking for direction: I’m about to file my citizenship application without a lawyer (after 5yrs of permanent residency). I filled out the N-400 form myself. At the end of the form it’s asking to upload any documents/evidence. How important is it uploading documents and what exactly is preferable to upload? I am currently working in BPO with a sal of 4.5LPA with 5 YOE. Ive been learning to be a Full Stack Data Scientist, still left with 6 months. Now is it advisable for me to get a new job which'll give me hike of 20-30% taking it to 5.5-6LPA then after that look for technical profile after 6 months which'll give me hike on 5.5-6 instead of 4.5 LPA which i currently got.
