Compensation offered by all are almost same except IBM...which is yet to revise the offer

1. How do you self asses your performance as a designer and send it to your manager?
Do you make an excel format or make a presentation showing progress of projects visually?

2. I have been into design since 8+ years and my compensation is 80k CAD. Annually
With no benefits.
How much should I ask for?

3. My achievements were:
2 scholarships in design
Learning UX design - designing 2 websites in the past year.
Managing instagram posting and designing.

Anyone left Toronto for Silicon Valley? What were the pros and cons. I already got a tech job making 400k but an opportunity to move came up but not sure if the valley is where I want to be.

I have got excellence review as "Highly Valuable".
What percent of hike i can expect with this review.

Is there a clause in IBM if one separates before completing year.
Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
Also Can one can revoke separation at a later stage?

does wipro pays for notice period recovery , I preponed my release date from current org and I see that as recovery amount in my provisional f&f , I have sent a couple of emails, talked to wipro HR a couple of times asking if they shall pay for recovery but their response has been non committal so far , what should I do so I could get the notice period recovery done , the DU am going to, hiring manager from that told that it could be claimed but HR has not given anything in written so far?
