Took this Industry Senior Manager job 2 months back and have not been loving it: 1) Work is not that exciting and things move fairly slowly 2) No direct access to senior leaderships, and manager won't spare more than 2 hours per week on 1:1 connect, hence feeling lack of support 3) Due to the slow pace, I think I am getting "less sharp" compared with my consulting time. Should I give it a full year or start preparing my resume now?
