What tips / helpful tactics did you all use to develop excel modeling skills. Outside of really understanding the typical excel formulas, what other things helped with learning how to build models overall?

Cons : junior title\level, hybrid

Company 2 : $150k base + 10% bonus
Pros : senior role\title, fully remote

Would you go for junior role for high salary? Would it hurt in future?

How far do you require depts be with negotiating commercial contract terms before your legal review? Relatively new in Big4 M&A advisory doing mostly integration work with some pre deal DD mixed in. I recently heard L.E.K. Consulting places well in MM PE but don't know much about them otherwise.
