swear prospects become allergic to email once November hits. My outreach is polite, personalized, and spaced out, but still… nothing. Does anyone have a strategy for dealing with this seasonal silence without feeling annoying? I’m trying to stay visible without being a bother.

Currently struggling with this too. Everything has slowed to a complete standstill. I'm just staying the course for now - checking in every so often to stay top of mind. I don't expect it to result in a bunch of last-minute sales, but I'm hoping that laying that foundation will pay off once we're into the new year.

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of searching for a new sales or account management role particularly focused on mid-size or enterprise B2B sales positions and I’m also open to relocating. If anyone is currently hiring for a position within their company or is able to offer a referral. I would appreciate any help!

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

Anyone else in “I’ll do my job description and nothing more” mode? I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote. Then sit here and can’t figure out why…

After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...
