How would you give your manager a negative review?
Manager's boss reached out to obtain review about my manager. I have nothing good to say about him, would you be honest? If yes, how would you go about it knowing that both he and his manager can read this review and know where it's coming from?

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

I have 2 years and 7 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Currently working as Senior Software Engineer in a MNC.
I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).
I'm looking for job change. Any leads will be appreciated.
