How many of you are still Working from Home? Is WFO is not mandatory for everyone?

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.

I got offers from PragerM, UHY, and PKF. I think I made my decision but wanted to see if anyone had any insight of them. Would you not choose one for one reason or another? Or is there one that stands out and would jump on immediately? Thanks all.
