I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

It also shows that my bgv is completed but I have'nt recieved myoffer letter it has been more than a week. I also have a service agreement to fill it requires my date of joining which I think will be in my offer letter. Can any one help me and say how will this move from now.
