My utilization held pretty steady around 50% immediately after shutdown, but August was below 15 billables with no appreciable work in the pipeline. i have offer from Nagarro with 25 lpa fixed and pwfh , TIAA 25 fixed 10% bonus , HSBC technology asking me for retention but it has production support work along with development so I am bit hesitant to stay in HSBC Technology

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years.
