The cesspool of misery that is primary care in New York City has outdone itself yet again.
Just interviewed with ACPNY, a large practice there. Straight out in the beginning of the interview the lady said "By the way, we got rid of admin time definitively, just so you know" When asked if there was any flexibility on this (at least an hour or two for charting) she said NO. And then they wonder why they can't keep docs for over a year. It's disgusting.

I do not have a weekend life because of charting. The time I get at work is not enough.Difficult decisions coming my way. This is unsustainable

How hard is everyone pushing their corporate clients to authorize nonresident assignees whose only 2020 US compensation was the value of their 2019 tax preparation?
My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. From my own point of view, I don't really want to spend my time on such returns, either, even if the revenue and easy return are nice.
