I set up my boss to take on a client that I planned to steal from her. She thought she was using me but I was using her. When she asked me to prepare statements of work, I drafted it with my resume in mind. When she asked me to set pricing, I priced it at my desired salary. When she pawned the work off to me, I nonchalantly took point. Then slowly and surely, I made myself indispensable to the client. Today i got my variable bonus of 10k, i get 59k inhand every month in which 2k gets deducted as tax, today along with the bonus of 10k I got 67k inhand and tax deducted is 4.5k. I'm kinda lost. Can someone pls explain y this?

I received an offer (28 Lakhs + 3.9 Lakhs incentive) from Novartis for Sr Project Manager yesterday. This was just 13.6% more than my current earnings as Project Manager. I've given the reasons why I deserve at least 30% to HR. In response to that, HR has sent 2nd offer i.e. 29 Lakhs + 4 Lakhs incentive + 50k sign-on bonus. The 2nd offer is just 18.2% higher than my current earnings. Need your suggestion, if I could still negotiate with HR to finalize deal by asking for 25% hike?
