We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

10 years ago I was writing print ads. Now I make interactive digital experiences. I fully expect my job to change just as much in the next 10 years.
Advertising is no longer a career. It used to be — paying handsomely for knowledge and experience. Now, thanks to greedy holding companies, as soon as you make $200k they no longer want you on the payroll.
Employees now have the job span of a professional athlete, but at barely a fraction of the pay
I don’t know. Stop stressing me out, ugh.
I would give anything to work in a real agency.
I’ll stay here. If they’ll have me.
I like this job, but I can see myself doing something completely different in fifteen years or so (either because the industry will phase me out for being old or I’ll be too jaded to be any good) like opening a rock climbing co-op or a coffee bar.
@acd1 yeah, that’s another reason for this question.
Been primarily a print designer for 12 years (agency then in-house now FL) and just bought a letterpress. Here’s to life dreams (and potential waste of monies/failures!) But to me the design thing was always building to this. I don’t know that I could switch industries and just start all over. Sounds intimidating and stressful... but I think others might like the fresh start. No baggage. No one remembers that time when you were 21 - got drunk and broke your ACs tooth on a beer bottle. 😞 Also, don’t hire 21 year olds.
Right now yes, but I’m also open to other options. Always keep your options open!
Of course. Never take employment for granted.
What’s an interactive digital experience?
@WK2 it’s just a fancy way of saying they write web/banner copy
@WK I make things on the Internet for brands. Games, tools, interactive videos, things like that.
