The frustration is mounting!! Been searching for a remote or hybrid (NJ) for months now, and it's been incredibly frustrating. I have 18 years of experience as a Sr. CSA with WFA, Merrill, and an RIA, and I thought my experience would be an advantage, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Does anyone see a light at the end of the tunnel? Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated!

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
