How was your 1st day (onboarding etc..) at NielsenIQ?

Best *practical* luxury loafers / ballet flats for women? I don’t want to get the gucci loafers, and was initially planning to get chanel ballet flats but I tried a pair on last week and they felt very uncomfortable. I want something practical and also comfortable (I have sensitive feet and often end up with blisters / cuts with uncomfortable shoes). Any thoughts appreciated!

Do you think distance learning, e-learning, or  virtual (whatever you call it) is hindering learning?

I keep data on how many kids get on their conferences, and how much work is turned in compared to my in person kids.
I might get 30% of my E learners to actually do their work where I get 85 to 90% of my in person kids. 
It’s almost impossible to get parents to return phone calls and emails for the E learners.
I feel like those kids are not getting quality education.

Got pregnant through Letrazole + Ovidrel IUI and my doctor has me on estrogen 2mg 3 times a day and progesterone 200mg 2 times a day. I’m week 7 and already am or feel huge. I’m so paranoid these hormones are making me gain so much unnecessary weight in my first trimester. I’ve been eating the same and literally none of my pants fit. Will my body readjust when I finally hit week 10 and can hopefully be off both hormones? Any advice here?

Hi Fishes, I have joined CS on 10th Oct last month. Things are going smooth till now but I want to learn fast as I have completed 1 year after passing CA. My teammates are working from home, feeling uncompatible for learning as they are messed up with their daily task. No 1 is readily available to solving the doubts. My observation limits to my screen appearance. I think limited listening tends to limited learning. Anyone have any idea how to get interact with teammates to faster my learning?
