The Harsh Truth About the Job Market – But Don’t Lose Heart

Many recruiters today are looking for people who are already razor-sharp, like diamond edges. They don’t want to invest time or energy into sharpening anyone they just want someone “ready-made.”

You are talented. You are unique. You have something no résumé can fully express — potential, resilience, creativity, or untapped brilliance. Just because a recruiter couldn’t see that doesn’t mean it’s not there.
