My only source of comfort is the thought that for the first time in a lot of people’s lives they are going to get to experience what being “shit on” by the government feels like and I hope that creates more camaraderie/ compassion for others moving forward.
Seriously 😐 it’s comforting to know that we are together in feeling this way. Any idea on what we can do? I can’t really think of anything so I’m just trying to distract myself
What you can do: Hold elected officials accountable. Engage with their offices by calling and sending emails.

If someone told me last year that what is currently happening would happen in a year, and that we’d have to revolt or lose our rights, I wouldn’t believe it. Yet here I am, seeing what’s happening every day, seeing the striking similarities to what occurred in Germany when Hitler rose to power, and seeing very few Democrats stand up against what’s happening, and I’m sure that we’re going to lose our rights unless we actively fight back.
It's just pure insanity and people are still denying their motivations lol twisting themselves in knots to justify their actions..
