Easiest way? (no, not the best)
Don't.
Never found a great way to flip my life over to the 'normal' world, so after about a year, I stopped.
The 0730 dinner time and such wasn't too bad when when single, but once married became impossible. 3x12 (1800-0600) shifts with family and both 'adults' working. It was one of the few times I paid attention to the obvious signs & switched to days.
A bit of warning, trying to repeatedly flip your clock to normal is not kind to your body or stress levels.

I know very few people who have been able to make that schedule work long term without major health impacts.
