I thought I was the only one who could overanalyze a situation like it was part of the job description 🤣 I always convinced myself that this is a good character trait, though. It shows that we care and want to put our best foot forward, and I think that actually says a lot about who you are as a person/employee.

Omg yes, exactly! It’s like constant low-key panic is just part of the role 😅 But you’re right, it really does show how much we care.
I'll do things like that. It comes and goes, there are some days when I'll check three times to make sure I locked the front door. I tend to do things by routine, and there are times when I'll do something without really thinking. And then a minute or two later I'm checking to make sure I really did it. I don't think it's a serious condition, but it is weird how my mind works sometimes.

Totally get that! It’s like waves , some days I’m chill, other days I’m double checking everything
Ha I feel this so hard. I almost feel like I function better on the mornings I wake up late feeling totally unprepared. It's like starting the day in scramble mode leaves me no time to overthink; I just have to start acting immediately to stay on top of everything I need to get done.

Totally get that! Sometimes waking up late actually forces me to jump right in and get stuff done, no time to panic or overthink.

Omg yes, that feeling is way too real! Like your brain just can’t accept that things are actually going smoothly for once 😂 Glad I’m not the only one who double-checks everything even when nothing’s wrong!
Rising Star
Right?? It’s like our brains are wired to expect chaos, so when things go smoothly, we still double-check just to be sure
