The Owner of our office insists that the best way to initiate a conversation about Personal Articles Policies is to review the limited coverages of their Ho/Renters policies. For example, going over the 1500/2500 limit of jewelry and furs and asking if that would be enough to protect the items they have in that category. And in a similar fashion for computers, firearms, etc.

It doesn't feel very engaging. Seems there ought to be better ways to establish Value there. Suggestions...?!

I'm not sure what advice you're looking for here. I would ask about their possessions in general and hone in on any specifics they bring up, especially valuable items. Rattling off each category line by line is somewhat robotic.

Many of the personal property policies are issued just for discounts on other. What is important for people to understand are the limitation for theft.

I have cleared 2 technical interviews with S&P Global for the Java Developer job position. With good feedback.
As the interview went well.

I have attended a managerial interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes. It also went well. I answered 90 to 95% of the questions.

How much time they will take to give the feedback as we have a long weekend now
