I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. I've yet to receive a promotion other than two cost of living increases (in sum, a pay increase of 6k over 3 years). I know this is meager, but I'm mostly ok with it, I just want to see some recognition. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

Seeking advice: I’ve been working as an analyst at a PE company for 18months 4 days a week on a part time contract and I feel like they are under paying me. I’m earning 42.2K p.a They want me to go full time as I am graduating however I don’t know what the base salary for an analyst with 18 months experience would be.
