This bowl is really quiet…is there nothing happening in your RSM offices?

Our office is in the shits. Bottom heavy with untrained staff and overbooked seniors. Our supervisors are being taken advantage of. Not enough senior managers and managers to go around for the amount of clients there are. I just started so I’m safe for now, but I’m not sure if I wanna stay if this stays this way. Is this everyone’s office or just mine?

Finally getting a chance to put together a home office space. Looking for tips, photos, ideas. I have two monitors and a laptop so my do a three screen set-up. Debating about getting a standing desk or putting money in a super comfy leather chair. Open to hearing what you have done!

Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.
