I'm early in my career, managed to save $30K to invest, and want to get my hands dirty with a rental property without too much risk (e.g. no HML/flipping). It sounds like that's a tall order in the NY/CT area given the prices, not to mention whether I'd be able to get a mortgage on anything below $100K, but I figure I'll give it a shot anyway. What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. You have to do so much of it, and it's so annoying. You have to cite your sources, but there are so many different formats for citations! And then sometimes you don't even know how to cite something, and how are you supposed to know that unless you ask someone who knows? And even then, they might not be sure whether it should be an in-text citation or a footnote…

Help! If I'm going to fall off the healthy eating wagon, it is most likely between 3 and 4 pm. I believe it is normal for blood sugar to dip at this time which may be why cravings are strong. Even if I eat something healthy, I will still crave salty crunch and it is so hard to resist. Would not buy such foods if it was just me at home, but do not live alone. Tips????
