I’m not sure if billionaire status is in my future, but financial independence and power certainly are. The more women who climb the executive ranks, the more we’ll see this wealth gap close over time.
13.4% is frustratingly low. More women in leadership could definitely help shift those numbers over time. As for me, billionaire status isn’t exactly on my radar either, but I definitely wouldn't say no either haha. What do you think needs to change to even the playing field?

Most people don’t climb a corporate ladder to get to billionaire. It comes from launching a business if not inherited or celebrity.

Billionaires don't really climb corporate ladders, they tend to either inherit generational wealth, make it in show business, or they're involved with some entrepreneurial endeavor. I always remember the adage, behind every great fortune there is a crime. I think perhaps men are just more likely to engage in behavior that accumulates great wealth. And to be honest, I'm not sure I'd even want to root for people to become billionaires.
Nope will never hit that list working in a corporation owned by someone else
