I would like to warm you. don’t join this organisation or you will cry after 1 year. They are stealing your money from compensation in broad daylight and a grin on their faces.

The 25-26 compensation letter is full of crap. Your own money has been adjusted in illogical components which you can’t even touch. Suddenly the variable component has been doubled. Even if you are getting 3-4 less somewhere. Please go there or stay where you are.

What would be a reasonable base salary for an in-house senior/managing counsel role? 10 YOE, SaaS with about 500 employees. Located in Los Angeles.

Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

15+ years YOE but offering C3B is it acceptable 31 LPA??
