Hi fishes! I Have an interview at an agency in NY I’ve been crushing on for a while. Having a hard time figuring out my salary range. I make 90k in SF at agency, would it be crazy for me to enter the discussion at 85-90k? Knowing I’d be willing to be backed down to around 80k (give or take 2k). Glassdoor is a little confusing bc there’s separate suggestions for “senior designer” and “senior graphic designer”. Anyone have suggestions or willing to offer how much they make? Thanks y’all!

Except this time its the kids and this is a v long term impact well past Covis. Can we really not reopen (even partially) schools safely ?
