Those who recently interviewed, how long did it take from the final round to get an offer/rejection? The interviewers so far for me have been great but seems there are some long pauses between rounds where I dont hear much and wonder if I’ve been ghosted.

For Oracle Cloud Functional tech, what is the maximum salary limit for SA-Projects role in CTS?

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? What will get me to be able to work for longer than 35 minutes without getting distracted?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I'm testing SPHR in June. Any advice for securing the type of role I'm aiming for?

What is the most reliable way to make $750k a year by your late 30s?
