I don’t need to do anything special to make it “worth it”. The flexibility that comes with it is good enough
I actually work more hours as WFH than I do going into the office, which is a downside. I'm online oftentimes before 8:00am & rarely reemerge from my home office before 6:00pm. I must be a rarity based on many of these comments which makes me fear is the perception, and why more companies will do a RTO. The perks are that I save a ton of money not needing gas every week or eating lunches out, I can elude coworkers who would otherwise be at my desk wanting to chat, no longer needing to dress professional head to toe, and being able to quickly retrieve Amazon deliveries so they're not sitting outside in plain sight (big perk around the holidays).
Same. I work longer hours too but the benefit of not having to commute an hour each way makes up for it.
Seeing my young children at home between meetings
Power nap in between meetings and eating whenever I want
For lunch today, I made a French omelette with goat cheese, tomatoes, and fresh basil
Genuinely, something I enjoy is not needing to small talk to people I don’t care about. Sorry, but your late night dog walking or your in laws birthday is of absolute uselessness to me
Hey, I just casually told you about my in-laws birthday. Not sharing with you no more.
Gym in the morning with no pressure to be showered and dressed to get to the office. Being able to work and step away for the kids sports. I work much longer hours at home. If I had to go into the office I would leave at a decent hour and refuse to open my laptop back on after a 45-60 minute commute home.
Nooners 😀

Nap.
I use it to better my art - I make music as a release but still makes me productive. Sometimes productive procrastination I like to call it

No bidets or Charmin in the office, client or airport
Sports over lunch
Will sound odd but I enjoy finding cool spots to work from. Especially nice hotel lobby’s/hotel coffee shops.
Working from home is awesome. You have flexibility, you can make doctor's appointments, go to the gym, take the dog for a walk, spend time with your kid, pick him up from school and the best parts; no commuting, as my daily commute into NYC was 2 hours each way, wearing yoga pants all day and you don't have to deal with office gossip, jealousy and drama!
Boink!
Battlefield 6 during lunch
Looking at the palm trees outside my window. Walking outside to the beach for a quick walk.
Sometimes I put in a little extra time in throughout the week, then take a mid-morning yoga class on Friday.
Not having to witness the blatant favoritism, cliques, and bad behavior in person is enough for me.
