M-Th all I do is wake up, workout, work, eat (usually while working), sleep, repeat. You make time for fun on the weekends. I give myself Friday and Sunday off typically (depending on if I go a little crazy at the bars one night)
It's about diet, not exercise.
How the fuck are you people finding time to hit the gym for 2 hours 3 days the week
Do you ever, like, watch tv or go on a date? Damn... lol
I'm with you OP...I work those hours, struggling to fit in exercise. Have definitely gained weight. 😓
Workout 7, dinner at 8, work from 9 on as necessary. Maybe I've been at this too long, but, it seems pretty doable.
Going to the gym is not a prerequisite for staying thin.
😳
530am exercise class tomorrow. I'm not happy about it
OP that's why we're so fucking single.
Found that going to the gym Tuesday 7pm-9pm, Friday 6pm-8pm, Sunday 9am-11am the most manageable...if you're travelling find a hotel w classes, the nearest good life or Crossfit ... see if you can expense them too. Also, cut way down on the carbs.
I usually go in the mornings when on the road. In the office by 8 means a 5:30 wake up so I can get a good hourlong sweat in before breakfast. I find it makes me much more productive and happy throughout the day.
It really is all about diet though. I eat the same things every day and it's all really healthy. Top it off with a 30 min workout in the morning (2 mile run, 10-15 min of abs) and I've actually lost weight since starting this job a year ago.
I always work out in the morning. You never know when you'll leave the office but I know when I have to be there.
I go to the gym at 6:30 in the mornings, at least twice a week if not the whole work week (M-Th)
They prioritize
Insanity- less than an hour a day
I agree^^ build all the muscle you want, but it won't show if you have a high % of body fat
