Hi Team,
Hope you guys are doing well. I am planning to join Kyndryl on band 7b for cybersecurity domain. Want to know how is the environment there in terms of job security, wlb and hike? There are mixed reviews all over the places reg Kyndryl so posting here to get insight form you.Kyndryl Inc.
Also anything else you would like to add is good for me to decide as I have to choose between Accenture and Kyndryl (I was with Accenture and know what I will be getting and work there).

You grow up and realize if you want things others don’t have then you gotta do things others won’t do
You go in every day and do your job really half ass.
^^SC1: 9.6 inches here.
I saved all my vacation, took full 3 weeks, studied for it, did the exam and got back to work.
... adderall ...
I was unemployed, living at my parents place, sleeping 10 hrs a day and benching 110. GMAT result: 490
This was exactly me a few months ago. Studied from 7:30-8:30, worked from 8:30-6/7, studied till 11. Then studied half of Saturday, all of Sunday. I think you get used to the routine after a while but most importantly, what helped me was working out, eating healthy, and changing my work area/moving around
I didn’t have a consulting job before b school but it was still difficult as I had a long commute to work and was going through some personal things. The response to cram for 3 weeks is spot on. I took two weeks before a holiday week and went HAM. Of course I studied on the side but it’s not like really that difficult that you actually need to learn new concepts so much as flexing a part of your brain that hadn’t been so active since you left high school. Good luck and just keep envisioning your bright future ! Remember everything is temporary and you can push through this.
@P with some powerful words
Because ideally people don’t want to do it...I took gmat before I started working...however most colleagues who have to take gmat after school usually take 2-3 weeks off to prep and get it done! (They also take good time to rest during those 2-3 weeks and come back more recharged!)
How can you even manage to study 😭😭 I cant push myself to start
I feel for you, had a similar situation and maybe I can offer some perspective. Can I ask if the GMAT is solely for an MBA application of sth else? If so, are you planning to apply this fall?
I studied and passed for the CFP, ChFC, CFA and two GMAT attempts while working full time. I feel you, need to be committed.
Just have to ask yourself how bad you want it.
SA what 9.6
We have “take time” (basically take more vacation by taking some pay cut) so i know many use that for GMAT/LSAT etc
Wait till the firm starts penalizing for you taking time to go to school. Will you be doing part time EMBA or MBA FT?
I worked 60 hour weeks, traveled coast to coast (with Sunday redeyes) and passed CPA in 4 months. I had zero life, studied every weekend. I also was benching 350lbs
Im traveling M-Th, getting my MBA part time, doing renovations myself on my condo on the weekends, and buying a rental property, motivation is key
@EY 4 How much are you benching now?
I usually set up a monthly, weekly and daily plan with targets for each day that I measure. Also track progress with overall goals and index accordingly to problem areas in addition to working with a group each Saturday and connecting with my mentor on Sunday to take stock. So that’s how I do it. And yeah some coke from time to time
