Hello fishies
I’ve been in consulting for almost 3 years as part of a boutique company with experience in public sector mostly. I am aiming for top tier and reputable companies. Can you please tell me what industries/sectors those companies are best at/know for in the GCC, and what makes them special (culture, wlb, growth, etc.)

Is it me or are usually Lebanese consultants in ME a bit snobbish?....Interviewed across 3 T2 firms and 4 out of 5 LB-interviewers sounded rude...question like if I am a US citizen or not, interrupt me mid-sentence, took calls during the interview, turned off camera as I was speaking etc. Had interviews with some other ethnicities and 100% of them were super nice. Thoughts?
Even if had CBP allowed them entry into US, they wont have survived a day in consulting. Venting out here.

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
I have referred 3 people so far and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant
