Some nice people, a few favorites (teacher's pets) who work on the only two decent accounts there. The rest are doing the typical day-to-day work. The teams aren't staffed properly. Lots of late nights. Account vs Creative is toxic. Be prepared to be told to constantly add more options to a project that wasn't briefed that way. Don't be surprised when the client picks the cheapest option or the more simple option they asked for in the brief. There's burnout and turnover.
It was okay. Joined during Covid, left 8 months later. Was on a heavy black box pharma brand with a CD who had no pharma experience.

FWIW, my account's current CD has no healthcare experience but is humble and excited to learn, deliberately hiring people with healthcare experience, trusting me about what the rules are when she doesn't know, and otherwise doing just fine. So this does occasionally work out!
Weird to say it was sinking back then when it was just starting up. It’s not perfect but I like it enough to have stuck around a few years. Big round of promotions this month too.
Yeah, it’s our advertising practice.
Had some good interviews with them and their pay seems unusually higher than its competitors, but ultimately I’d heard enough bad things about Real Chemistry that I ultimately chose another company
Things I heard were terrible hours, infrequent promotions/raises, lots of layoffs, and toxic environment. I’m sure it depends on what team you’re on, but I ultimately chose what seemed to be a more stable/safe option
I had a good interview with them and the team seemed really cool. They were doing multi channel work, which was a welcome change from what I was doing at the time.
