Thoughts on sharing tips with the bartenders, bussers, and the back of the house? My boss wants the servers to start tipping out the non serving staff 8% of our nightly tips. I'm pretty pissed about this. I guess I see tipping out the bussers and the kitchen staff, but the bartenders get their own tips.
