Titles are confusing!! Came across a job posting at GSK with associate director position. Based on description, it appears junior to mid-senior level position but the title seems otherwise. Would appreciate any help to understand this better!

My mood has been fluctuating so much lately. Some days (yesterday) I wake up feeling invincible and some days (today) want to hide myself the rest of the world and feel like nothing will ever get better. I’m trying to push myself to make plans with other ppl and am really self-conscious about it cuz I don’t want ppl to see me in low spirit.. any ideas on how to fix that?

What’s an appropriate base salary for a pharma marketing DTC Director for a blockbuster biologic that’s on tv? What are typical bonuses and LTI? We only have 18% bonus and $37k LTI per year (approximately depending on stock price) for directors. Our base salaries are all over the place for directors.
