To my fellow creative seniors with skin in the game, what have been some of your favorite ideas that've come out this past year? I'm talking those solid, smart, interesting ideas. Was sifting through 2024 winners from Cannes Lions and D&AD. I mentioned this in an older post, a lot did seem like awards-bait (no hate), some were pretty clever. I'll admit, this year's award winners was kinda hit or miss, but wanted to see everyone's thoughts.

Don’t want to overstay the visa either. So we applied online on eFRRO to convert his visa to X-1 so we can apply for his OCI. They didn’t ask for payment and message popped up saying watch your text/email for next steps. Anything else I can do?

What are the key differences between junior and mid level roles in terms of job responsibilities, design knowledge, project oversight, etc?

Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?
