Today I was dealing with a difficult situation with a client not providing me with certain documentation that is required for them to be approved, they were being difficult, rude and undermined my job, saying “you’re just admin what would you know”. My overhead director stepped in and backed me up throughout and agreed with what I needed from the client which then the client managed to get it sorted instantly.
Has anyone else ever had a similar situation and been so grateful for management?

She keeps calling all my ideas ‘gamer chairs’ even though they’re definitely not. Anyone have any chairs they really like that may be worth looking at? Does anybody have a good guide or resource they can point to in regards to show clients how to organize their documents for our firm? A lot of time is wasted here going through discovery documents we receive from clients because the docs are disorganized and not annotated - it just becomes a whole scavenger hunt and it’s eating into our time like crazy.
